Scope
This notice applies to the Green Shot Golf pre-launch website, Golfer early-access application, and related launch communication. The live marketplace will have an updated notice before accounts, payments, or booked rounds become available.
Information we collect
When you request Golfer early access, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email, optional mobile number, city or region, age group, golf background, affiliation, social or golf profile link, and optional note about your interest in Green Shot Golf.
We also record limited technical and outreach information such as the page used to apply, referring page, campaign parameters, submission time, and a privacy-protective hash used to limit repeated automated submissions. We do not use the pre-launch form to collect passwords, financial information, government identification, or bank details.
How we use information
- Review interest in Golfer early access.
- Contact applicants with launch, eligibility, and profile setup information.
- Prepare an applicant's future onboarding record without requiring duplicate entry.
- Understand which outreach efforts are useful and improve the application experience.
- Protect the site, prevent misuse, and maintain operational records.
Your choices
You may ask us to update or remove your pre-launch application, or stop launch communication, by emailing hello@greenshotgolf.com. Email messages will also provide an appropriate way to manage future marketing communication.
Young golfers
The interest form allows an applicant to indicate that they are under 18. An under-18 submission will require parent or guardian participation and an eligibility review before Green Shot Golf creates a public profile or permits any paid activity. The pre-launch form is not intended to collect information from a child without appropriate adult involvement.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect application information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain pre-launch applications for as long as reasonably needed to operate early access, prepare for launch, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
