Pre-launch service
Green Shot Golf is currently being prepared for launch. The website presents the intended experience and allows prospective golfers to express interest. It does not currently create a marketplace account, book a round, process a payment, guarantee a payout, or form an agreement to participate in a particular event.
Golfer early-access applications
Submitting the interest form places your information in the Green Shot Golf review process. Submission does not guarantee approval, public placement, launch participation, or any minimum number of invitations. You may decline future onboarding or ask us to remove your information.
You agree to provide information that is accurate and that you are authorized to provide, including any school, team, tour, organization, or social profile affiliation you identify.
Eligibility and younger golfers
Participation may be subject to age, guardian, school, team, tour, amateur-status, sponsorship, employment, tax, or other eligibility requirements. Green Shot Golf may request additional confirmation before approving a profile.
Applicants under 18 must involve a parent or legal guardian before profile onboarding or any paid activity. An expression of interest by an under-18 golfer does not authorize Green Shot Golf to publish a profile or arrange a paid round.
Launch communication
By selecting the consent box and submitting the form, you ask Green Shot Golf to contact you about early access, launch, eligibility review, and profile setup. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to an email or contacting us directly.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the website, attempt to access non-public systems, submit another person's information without authorization, introduce malicious code, scrape the service in a manner that harms its operation, or use the site for unlawful or deceptive activity.
Site content
The Green Shot Golf name, logo, page designs, written material, and product demonstrations belong to Jax SV, LLC or are used with permission. The sample profile illustrates intended functionality and should not be interpreted as a current offer, confirmed availability, or guaranteed marketplace result.
Third-party names, social platforms, schools, courses, and services may be referenced for identification or demonstration. Their inclusion does not necessarily indicate sponsorship or endorsement.
Availability and changes
The pre-launch site is provided on an as-available basis. Features, launch timing, profile requirements, and marketplace functionality may change as the platform is tested and completed. We may update these terms and will revise the effective date when we do.
Future marketplace terms
Before a golfer creates a live profile, accepts an invitation, receives a payout, or uses other marketplace functionality, Green Shot Golf will present the agreements and policies governing those activities. Those later terms will address payments, cancellations, conduct, disputes, taxes, and other marketplace responsibilities.
